held company.

2002 : The Firm is retained to represent an Ohio magnetic resonance
imaging company against a medical finance company for the breach
of a lending agreement.

addresses a national group of 30 credit managers from the Cummins
Power Systems Corporation on the "Impact of Business Divorce
on Credit Extension and Credit Collection."

LaFiandra, formerly of Gollatz, Griffin & Ewing, joins the
Firm as Associate.

2002 : The Firm is listed in the Philadelphia 100, a list of the
fastest growing, privately held small businesses in the greater
Philadelphia region. Ranking number 29 the Firm is the only law
firm to appear in the survey compiled by the Wharton Small Businesss
Development Center, the Entrepreneurs Forum of Greater Philadelphia
and the Philadelphia Business Journal.

2002 : The Firm represents a client in the shuttering of its US
manufacturing operations and the liquidation of its remaining assets
to pay creditors.

represent a wireless communications firm in the restructuring of
its operations.

2002 : The Firm files a Federal Court Class Action against AT&T
Wireless and Panasonic seeking damages for the locking of cellular
handsets limiting them to a single carrier.

2002 : Jack A. Rosenbloom,
formerly of Fox, Rothschild, O'Brien & Frankel, joins the Firm
as Associate. He will counsel clients in corporate and tax matters,
including mergers, acquisitions, reorganization/restructuring, tax
planning, real estate transactions and business divorce.
April
2002 : In litigation the Firm is victorious in defeating an attempt
to enjoin the election of a board of directors and vindicates the
rights of shareholders to vote for the Board even in the midst of
a bitter shareholder fight.

2002 : The Firm assists a client in re-assuming control over a business
previously sold by the client where the buyer defaulted on its payment
obligations.
March 2002 : The Firm completes a joint venture in the apparel industry
between a Pennsylvania apparel company with off shore manufacturing
and a Michigan fulfillment operation.

2002 : Andrew Bershad Esquire, a former partner in the national
law firm of Blank Rome Comisky & McCauley, joins the Firm as
Of Counsel.

2002: After a four week jury trial, the Firm obtains a total damage
award of $5.2 Million for a corporate client for damages caused
in a business break up.
