November 2003 : In the CitX bankruptcy
the United States Bankruptcy Court, Chief Bankruptcy Judge Fox presiding,
upheld the Trustee’s assertion of claims of Accounting Malpractice,
Deepening Insolvency, and Negligent Misrepresentation against the
public accounting firm of Detweiler, Hershey & Associates, PC
and Robert Schoen, CPA overruling the attempts to dismiss the Claims
filed by the Defendants.
November 2003 : The Firm sponsors
the 2003 Mid Atlantic Venture Conference, a premier event for East
Coast entrepreneurs, financiers and service providers. We are proud
to be a part of such a vibrant and forward-looking community.

assets of a corporate entity in Yankee
Food Service magazine.
November 2003 : The Firm successfully
defends a motion to dismiss the complaint in the CitX v. Freeman
adversary matter filed under the CitX corporate bankruptcy.

Group on the Evolution of Consultant to CEO.
October 2003 : The Firm is named
the 87th fastest growing business in the annual Philadelphia 100.
For the second consecutive year the Jacobs Law group is the only
law firm to make this prestigious list of the 100 fastest growing
privately-held businesses in the Philadelphia region.

2003 : In a move to accommodate its growth, the Firm has signed
a lease on adjoining offices which will increase its current space
by 20%. This will help meet the Firm's current needs while providing
for future expansion.
August 2003 : The Firm wins an
arbitration hearing for a major financial services client against
a large regional bank.
August 2003 : The Firm is retained
by an emerging-growth company in the hydrogen production field to
assist it in documenting a joint venture, fund raising and recapitalization.
August 2003 : The Firm is retained
to represent a major partner in a major regional accounting firm
in connection with a business divorce.
August 2003 : The Firm wins a
stay of execution where a bank filed a disputed million dollar confession
of judgment against a client.
August 2003 : The Firm is retained
to represent a law firm in connection with the transfer of equity
interests.
August 2003 : The Firm wins a
complete victory in an arbitration in New York against a national
wireless communications company, finding that the agreement between
the Firm's client and wireless company was breached by the wireless
company. The Firm will try the case for damages in the fall.
July 2003 : The Firm wins an injunction
against the transfer or disposition of assets by a judgment debtor
to other family members and third parties.
July 2003 : The Firm commences
its representation of Bruce Blumenfeld, the author of “The
Last Rainbow,” in connection with commercialization and licensing.
July 2003 : The Firm successfully
settles a lender liability action against a national banking institution.

and Greg Capps file six (6) Adversary Complaints in the CitX bankruptcy
in connection with accounting malpractice, director and officer
breaches of duty, preferential transfers, etc., seeking recovery
of millions of dollars lost as a result of a major internet organized
crime fraud scheme.
June 2003 : The Firm is retained
to acquire the multi-million dollar lien position of a secured lender
and to then foreclose on the property.

Glickman, an entertainment attorney, joins the Firm to head

& Sports practice. Mr. Glickman, who will serve as Senior
Counsel, Entertainment Chair, was previously President and COO of
Ruffnation Records, a joint venture with Warner Bros. Records; RuffLife
Records, an independent label distributed by ADA and Ruffsongs Music
Publishing.

debt collection matter.
