Mr. Rosen's diverse range of legal experience includes complex commercial litigation, international litigation,
construction litigation, partnership and corporate litigation, franchise litigation, creditor's right litigation, employment law litigation, general
business and contract litigation, real estate, workouts and collections, domestic relations, and general partnership, corporate and transactional matters.
Mr. Rosen was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Drexel University, Magna Cum Laude, with a B.S. in Mathematics
and Physics. He attended graduate school at the University of Pennsylvania where he was a Ph.D. candidate in Mathematics obtaining an M.A. Equivalency in that discipline.
He attended Temple University School of Law and received his J.D. in 1981. He began his legal career in 1981 at Fellheimer, Eichen & Goodman in Philadelphia and New Jersey
(now Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, et. al.) and became a partner there in 1989.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Rosen gained experience in the business and educational arenas. While attending Drexel University and being
enrolled in its Cooperative Program, he gained diverse business experience by employment in the steel industry and with the Redevelopment Authority for the city of Philadelphia.
After completing his undergraduate education and prior to commencing graduate school, he was employed as a high-school mathematics and science teacher with the School District of
Philadelphia. While attending graduate school at Penn, he simultaneously served as a Teaching Fellow in the Statistics and Mathematics departments and also served as an instructor
in the Wharton School of Business.
Mr. Rosen has handled a wide variety of commercial matters including the representation of banks, leasing companies, finance companies, construction
companies, franchisors, real estate brokerages, real estate developers, and other business, entrepreneurial, and individual clients. He has obtained wide ranging trial experience in both
state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and other forums. Mr. Rosen has gained a reputation as an aggressive, creative business lawyer equipped to resolve disputes in an efficient
and effective manner for the most demanding of clients.
Mr. Rosen is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the Florida Bar. He is also a member
of the Bars of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Southern District of New York, and the District of Colorado.
Mr. Rosen published a selection of articles in mathematics while attending the University of Pennsylvania most notably an article on permutations and combinations
which appeared in a publication called The Pentagon. He also published an article entitled "Law - related Applications of Video Communications Systems" appearing in The Shingle, the official publication
of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
