Christopher D. Wagner, is an Associate with the Jacobs Law Group in the Firm's Philadelphia office. Mr. Wagner's practice is focused on Business Law, with particular attention devoted to Transactional Business and Real Estate matters, as well as Commerical Litigation.

Prior to obtaining his law degree, Mr. Wagner held various accounting positions of increasing responsibility within the healthcare, retail, insurance and e-commerce industries.

Mr. Wagner holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh (1997). He received his Juris Doctorate from the Widener University School of Law (Evening Division) (2005). Honors: Mr. Wagner was awarded Certificate of Achievements in Federal Power and State's Rights; and Constitutional Theory. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
